Terms of use

1. General

  1. pageon.site (the "Service") provides temporary hosting of static files, operated through the Telegram bot @pageonsitebot.
  2. By using the Service, including sending files to the bot, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  3. We may change these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect when published on this page. By continuing to use the Service you accept the changes.

2. The Service is provided "as is"

  1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability, speed, security, data preservation and fitness for any purpose.
  2. The Service is temporary hosting. We are not obliged to keep uploaded files and do not guarantee their preservation. Sites and files may be deleted, corrupted, altered or become unavailable at any time, including because of expiration, hardware or software failures, bugs, attacks, actions of third parties, moderation decisions, legal requirements or the Service shutting down.
  3. Free sites that are not updated or renewed are deleted 30 days after the last update or renewal. Paid sites are deleted when their paid period ends unless it is renewed. Expiration reminders are a convenience; their delivery is not guaranteed.
  4. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files. Do not use the Service as the only place where important data is stored.
  5. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it, as well as limits, retention periods, features and prices, at any time without notice.

3. Limitation of liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss, corruption or unavailability of sites, files and data, lost profits, revenue, customers, goodwill or business opportunities, and business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users, for the actions of users and site visitors, or for Telegram, Telegram Stars, hosting providers, domain registrars and other third-party services.

4. Your responsibility for content

  1. You are solely responsible for the files you upload and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to them and that publishing them does not violate the law or the rights of others.
  2. It is prohibited to upload phishing pages and pages impersonating other services, organisations or people; malware and exploits; spam and advertising of prohibited goods and services; content infringing copyright or other rights; sexual content involving minors, extremist and other unlawful content; other people's personal data without consent; content for fraud or attacks on other systems.
  3. Abuse of the Service is prohibited: excessive load, automated uploads, circumventing limits, including with multiple accounts.
  4. Uploaded files are public to anyone who knows the address. Do not upload confidential data.
  5. You agree to indemnify us for any losses, costs (including legal fees) and third-party claims arising from content you upload or from your breach of these Terms.

5. Moderation

  1. We may, without notice and without giving reasons, block or delete any sites and files and restrict or terminate any user's access to the Service when we consider it necessary to comply with the law or these Terms, or to protect the Service, its users or third parties.
  2. We may disclose information about users and uploaded content to public authorities upon their lawful request.
  3. Violations can be reported with the /report command in the bot.

6. Paid services

  1. A paid site is a digital service paid with Telegram Stars for 1 year: the site gets an address of its owner's choice and is kept until the paid period ends. Paid sites follow the same moderation and liability rules.
  2. A chosen address belongs to the site while the site exists and is released when the site is deleted. We may refuse or change an address without compensation if it is misleading, infringes the rights of others or is used for abuse.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law and Telegram rules, purchases are non-refundable, except where a paid service was not provided through our fault. Payment questions: the /paysupport command.
  4. If an account or a site is blocked for violating these Terms, paid services are not refunded. If the Service shuts down, paid periods end without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data

  1. We store your Telegram ID, username, name and language from Telegram, uploaded files, purchase history and technical logs, only to operate, moderate, support and back up the Service.
  2. Files of deleted sites are removed from our servers, but copies may remain in backups for some time.
  3. Pages of pageon.site itself (not user sites) use Google Analytics, which collects anonymous visit statistics with cookies.

8. Miscellaneous

  1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  2. You can contact us through the bot: the /support and /paysupport commands.
